In the initial position, the scoop 3 is inside the support element 10, the inner surface of which. repeats the shape of the scoop so that the scoop is inserted into the cavity of the bird carcass without interference. The scoop 3 is then inverted by means of the drive rod 18 of FIG. 2, (dashed lines indicate the intermediate position of the scoop). In this half of the scoop, having a smaller height,. located on the side of the pharynx, which crosses the spine and passes to the goiter. When moving the scoop up, the lungs and viscera are removed, and the pharynx through the inlet section 6 enters the scoop slot 5, moves upward in this slot and finally enters the hole 8.
